摘要
丁二烯抽提装置生产过程中,减少聚合物的产生是确保装置长周期运行的关键。文章介绍装置中使用的阻聚剂SY-249和JD-A249在丁二烯防聚合中的应用情况,通过长期观察过滤器清理出聚合物的物性、溶剂再生釜运行、循环溶剂中焦油含量变化及萃取系统换热器的设备运行,对两种阻聚剂的使用比例进行了分析,确认了最佳的复配使用比例,达到了更佳的防聚效果,延长了装置的运行周期。
In the production course of butadiene extraction unit, decreasing the generation of polymer was the key to ensure long period running of the unit. In this paper, application of the inhibitors of SY-249 and JD-A249 on antipolymerization of butadiene was studied. By long-term observation the following situations, such as physical properties of the polymer cleaning from the filter, operation of the solvent regenerator, tar content variation in the recycling solvent and running of heat exchanger in the extraction system, use ratio of the two previously mentioned inhibitors was analyzed and optimized, and the best compound proportion of the two inhibitors was confirmed, better antipolymerization effect was achieved and operation cycle of the unit was prolonged.
