摘要
扬州石化有限责任公司MTBE装置投产后,因萃取回收系统萃取水酸性离子富集,产生大量腐蚀产物,堵塞萃取塔筛板筛孔,被迫停工处理。对腐蚀产生原因进行分析,从降低原料碱性物和工艺方法入手进行提高萃取水pH值,使得pH值缓慢提升,最后应用KIP207型脱酸剂进行脱酸处理,提高了萃取水pH值,符合工艺要求,减轻腐蚀,降低污水排放。
After the MTBE plant was put into operation, a large number of corrosion products were produced due to the enrichment of acid ions in the extraction water of the extraction recovery system, which blocked the sieve holes of the extraction column sieve plate and forced the shutdown to treat. The corrosion causes was analyzed, the pH value of extracted water was increased slowly by reducing the alkaline substances of raw materials and process methods. At last, KIP207 deacidifier was used in the deacidification treatment, the pH value of extraction water was improved;the process requirement was met, corrosion and sewage discharge was reduced.
