摘要
通过将丁辛醇羰基合成放空气改送炼油厂、丁辛醇装置羰基合成循环压缩机二段入口放空气改送热电厂二化动力站释放气管网、辛醇异丁醛装置低压蒸发系统放空气经增压后返回到羰基合成反应器、循环利用等新加工艺流程和仪表控制回路升级,进行系统优化,实现了有价值气体的回收,同时减少了向火炬系统的排放,基本消灭火炬。
Optimization on the system including cyclic utilization on the vent air by addition of process flow and upgradation on the meter control circuit, such as air discharged from butyl octanol carbonyl synthesis section was changed to be delivered to refinery, air discharging from the second stage inlet of carbonyl synthesis cycle compressor was changed to be delivered to release gas network of No.2 power station in the Second Chemical Fertilizer Plant, air discharged from the low pressure evaporation system of the octanol isobutyraldehyde unit was pressurized and returned to the carbonyl synthesis reactor, recovery on the valuable gases was realized, the discharge to the torch system was reduced and the torch was basically eliminated.
