摘要
空气预热器是加热炉的重要设备,在炼油厂主要起到节能减排的作用。文章对原热管式空气预热器在实际运行中存在的热管失效、热管外表面翅片积灰结垢、低温段腐蚀失效等问题进行分析,简要阐述玻璃板管式空气预热器原理及优势,介绍中国石化齐鲁分公司1.40 Mt/a延迟焦化装置加热炉余热回收设备由热管式空气预热器更新为新型玻璃板管式空气预热器的情况。通过对比,玻璃板管式空气预热器在降低排烟温度、提高加热炉热效率方面具有优势。
Air preheater was an important equipment in the furnace, mainly playing the role of energy saving and emission reduction in the refinery. In this paper, the problems such as heat pipe failure, fouling of fins on the outer surface of heat pipe and corrosion failure in low temperature section in practical running of the original heat tube type air preheater were analyzed. Principle and advantages of the glass plate tube type air preheater were briefly introduced, and the situation of waste heat recovery equipment of air preheater for the heating furnace of the 1.4 Mt/a delayed coking unit changed from heat tube type to new glass plate tube type were described. By contrast, advantages in reducing exhaust gas temperature and improving heat furnace thermal efficiency were possessed by the glass plate tube type air preheater.
