摘要 针对连续重整装置循环氢压缩机振动大问题,分析导致循环氢压缩机振动大的原因,从转子及流道表面结盐、压缩机转子不平衡等方面进行改进,解决了因压缩机振动大而制约装置长周期稳定运行的问题。并提出相应操作维护建议。 Aiming at the problem of large vibration of circulating hydrogen compressor in continuous reforming unit,causes for the large vibration were analyzed. The problems of long-term stable operation restricting by the large vibration on the compressor were solved by the following measures,such as salt deposit on the surface of rotor and runner,unbalance rotor of the compressor. Suggestions on operation and maintenance were put forward.
