乙烯裂解重油在炼油装置上的加工利用研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 乙烯裂解重油是乙烯裂解装置的一种副产物,富含双环以上稠环芳烃,具有短侧链、高碳氢比、低灰分含量等特点,常作为燃料油用,经济效益低。综述了乙烯裂解重油在炼油装置上加工利用方面的研究情况,包括延迟焦化装置掺炼、催化裂化装置掺炼、常减压装置掺炼等,及生产汽柴油调合组分,对乙烯裂解重油的加工利用前景进行了展望。 The ethylene cracking heavy oil was a kind of by-product from ethylene cracking unit, rich in polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and possessed the characteristics of short side chains, high carbon to hydrogen ratio and low ash content, which was often used as fuel oil and the economic benefit was low. Research situations about processing and utilization of the ethylene cracking heavy oil in the refining unit were described, including blending ethylene cracking heavy oil into feedstock of delayed coking unit, catalytic cracking unit and atmospheric and vacuum unit in order to produce gasoline and diesel blending components, the utilization prospect of ethylene cracking heavy oil was prospected.
