芳烃联合装置低温余热综合利用

APPLICATION OF ORC LOW TEMPERATURE HOT WATER POWER GENERATION TECHNOLOGY IN AROMATICS PLANT

摘要 介绍ORC发电技术现状及其在芳烃联合生产装置上的应用,并对其适用范围、设备构造与选择、工况、介质要求及相关介质数据等作了相应说明。通过对芳烃联合生产装置低温工艺余热回收利用的原状和现状进行对比,可知ORC发电技术在投入使用后5.78 a就可以收回全部投资成本。利用该技术,可以提高能源回收利用率,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。 This paper briefly introduced the current status of ORC power generation technology and its application in the aromatic hydrocarbon combined production unit, and also explained the applicable scope, equipment structure and selection, working conditions, medium requirements and related media data of ORC. By comparing the original and current status of low temperature waste heat recovery and utilization, the entire investment of ORC could be recovered in 5.78 years. The energy recovery utilization rate was raised by ORC;good economic and social benefits were obtained.
