摘要
阐述了氮氧化物的生成机理,同时对氮氧化物的减排技术进行分析。介绍了齐鲁乙烯装置裂解炉低氮燃烧器改造的成果,根据齐鲁乙烯现有装置的特点,选择合适的降低氮氧化物排放的方法,使其满足环保排放的要求。
This paper introduces the formation mechanism of nitrogen oxides, analyzes the emission reduction technology for nitrogen oxides, and introduces the modification effect of the low NO x burner in the cracking furnace of ethylene plant at SINOPEC Qilu Company. According to the characteristics of the existing plant, appropriate methods for reducing nitrogen oxide emission are selected to meet the environment protection requirements.
