中国二氧化碳排放峰值研究述评

Review of the Researches on the Peak Value of Carbon Dioxide Emission in China

作为世界上能源消费和温室气体排放第一大国,中国二氧化碳(CO2)排放峰值问题引起了国际国内学术界的广泛关注。本文从中国CO2排放峰值的宏观研究进展、中国CO2排放峰值目标的区域分解和产业分担以及偏向于尽快达峰的政策设计等方面进行全面而系统的成果梳理,明确中国CO2排放峰值问题的来龙去脉,搭建学术界研究的基本框架,解析相关研究领域的主要脉络演进,并通过明晰学术界存有的共识和分歧,确认亟需构建CO2排放峰值的学理框架、加强中微观层面的研究工作、系统化研究达峰政策及其效应、强化研究峰值对经济社会的影响等进一步突破的方向。

As the biggest country for energy consumption and greenhouse gas emission in the world, China’s peak value of carbon dioxide emission attracts extensive attention of academic circles at home and abroad.From the perspective of macro-research progress in the peak value of carbon dioxide emission of China, regional decomposition and industrial share of the objective of the peak value of carbon dioxide emission of China and the policy design for rapidly reaching the peak value, this paper overall studies systematic research results in this field, demonstrates the history of the issue of the peak value of carbon dioxide emission of China, sets up the basic framework for the research on this subject in academic circles, analyzes the evolution of the main researches in the related fields, and confirms the further research directions by urgently constructing academic framework for the peak value of carbon dioxide emission, by strengthening middle- level and micro-level research work, by systematically studying the policy and effect for reaching the peak value, and by enhancing the influence of the peak value research on the economy and society and so on through the revealing of the consensus and difference in academic circles on this issue.
