绿色创新经济理论实践应用研究,需要一套客观、全面、更加贴合评价其发展能力和适用性的评价指标体系。该文在国内外绿色经济、创新经济及绿色指数等相关理论和评价体系研究的基础上,构建了以乡村产业发展、乡村经济发展和乡村绿色创新为维度的绿色创新经济理论实践应用评价指标体系。通过设计并建立评价指标体系、选择评价方法后,以蒲江县寿安镇作为样本地区,采用层次分析法和模糊评价法等方法,对理论实践应用成果进行评价,得出了样本地区绿色创新经济理论实践应用的总体评价结果,并结合现实需求提出了绿色创新经济理论实践应用实施建议和未来发展的方向。
