摘要
该文分析了药菊组织培养过程中存在的问题,归纳总结了药菊的病毒检测及脱毒方法、外植体的选择和处理以及组织培养过程中各个阶段的优良培养基的选择和培养的条件。
Based on the analysis of the problems in tissue culture in recent years,the methods of virus detection and detoxification,the selection and treatment of explants,and the selection and culture conditions of fine culture medium in each stage of tissue culture were summarized.
