脑卒中具有高发病率和高病死率的特点,是引起全球人口死亡的第二大原因,并已成为我国居民的首位致死致残疾病。该文就推进我国脑卒中防控体系建设,促进减少百万残疾新发工程实施从三个方面进行了阐述。

Stroke,characterized by high morbidity and mortality,is the second leading cause of death in the global population and has become the first fatal and disabling disease among Chinese residents.In this paper,the author elaborates from three aspects on promoting the construction of stroke prevention and control system and promoting the implementation of the project to reduce the occurrence of millions of new disabilities.
