1例带状疱疹后神经痛患者止痛治疗的药学监护

Pharmaceutical care on a postherpetic neuralgia patient with analgesic treatment

1例76岁女性患者,因“反复右侧额顶部针刺、烧灼样疼痛9个月,加重3个月”入院。入院诊断为:带状疱疹后神经痛。给予加巴喷丁胶囊和氨酚羟考酮片止痛治疗,疗效不佳。临床药师根据患者的疼痛评分变化,协助临床医师制定止痛治疗方案,提出合理用药建议,对患者出现的药品不良反应(ADR)及时识别并提出处理措施。患者的疼痛得到了良好的控制,减少了ADR对患者造成的影响。治疗17d后患者病情好转出院。

One 76-year-old female patient was admitted to hospital due to repeated acupuncturing and burning pain on the top of the right forehead for 9 months, aggravation for 3 months. The patient was diagnosed as postherpetic neuralgia (PHN). Gabapentin capsules combined with oxycodone and acetaminophen tablets showed poor effect. According to the patient's pain grade, clinical pharmacists helped physicians to determine therapeutic regimen, put forward rational medication suggestions, identified ADR in time and put forward corresponding therapy measures. The pain was well controlled and the impact of ADR was reduced. The patient was discharged from hospital with stable situation after 17 days treatment.
