复方血栓通胶囊联合曲安奈德治疗白内障手术术后黄斑囊样水肿有效性的系统评价

Systematic Review on the Efficacy of Compound Xueshuantong Capsule Combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide in Treatment of Cystoid Macular Edema After Cataract Surgery

目的:系统评价复方血栓通胶囊联合曲安奈德治疗白内障手术术后黄斑囊样水肿的有效性。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库、维普数据库、万方数据库、PubMed、the Cochrane Library及EMBase等中外文数据库,收集复方血栓通胶囊联合曲安奈德治疗白内障手术术后黄斑囊样水肿的临床对照研究(对照组患者单独使用曲安奈德治疗,观察组患者采用复方血栓通胶囊联合曲安奈德治疗),严格按照纳入与排除标准纳入文献,经数据提取和方法学质量评价后,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行文献荟萃分析(Meta分析)。结果:共纳入文献5篇,涉及418只患眼。Meta分析结果显示,观察组患者的治疗总有效率(RR=1.42,95%CI=1.22～1.67,P<0.000 01)、最佳矫正视力(WMD=0.11,95%CI=0.06～0.15,P<0.000 01)和中央黄斑厚度(WMD=-42.90,95%CI=-66.23～-19.56,P=0.000 3)明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义。结论:复方血栓通胶囊联合曲安奈德治疗白内障手术术后黄斑囊样水肿,能够提高治疗总有效率,提高患者最佳矫正视力,减轻黄斑水肿。

OBJECTIVE:To systematically review the efficacy of compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with triamcinolone acetonide in treatment of cystoid macular edema after cataract surgery.METHODS:Clinical controlled trials (the control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide alone,the observation group was given compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with triamcinolone acetonide) on compound Xueshuantong capsule combined with triamcinolone acetonide in treatment of cystoid macular edema after cataract surgery were retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang database,PubMed,the Cochrane Library and EMBase.Retrieved literature were screened in strict accordance with inclusion and exclusion criteria,Meta-analysis was conducted by RevMan 5.3 software after data extraction and methodological quality evaluation.RESULTS:A total of 5 studies were involved,including 418 eyes.Results of Meta-analysis indicated that the total effective rate ( RR =1.42,95% CI =1.22-1.67,P <0.000 01),best corrected visual acuity ( WMD =0.11,95% CI =0.06-0.15,P <0.000 01) and central macular thickness ( WMD =-42.90,95% CI =-66.23--19.56,P =0.000 3) of observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences.CONCLUSIONS:The combination of compound Xueshuantong capsule and triamcinolone acetonide can improve effective rate,promote best corrected visual acuity and relieve macular oedema.
