摘要
采用高频脉冲电流复合直流TIG(Tungsten Inert Gas)焊对6N01铝合金进行焊接,通过高速摄像采集电弧形态,对复合不同频率高频脉冲电流的电弧形态进行观测,并观察焊接接头的微观组织,对接头硬度进行测量,研究直流TIG复合不同频率高频脉冲对6N01铝合金接头组织和显微硬度的影响.结果表明,在直流TIG基础上复合不同频率的高频脉冲电流,电弧稳定性良好;当复合频率为55 kHz时,焊接接头中心区域和熔合线的晶粒细化效果最好,硬度提升幅度最大.
6 N01 aluminum alloy was welded by high-frequency pulse current coupled with DC TIG. Arc shapes of different frequencies pulse current was collected and observed by high-speed camera. The microstructure of the welded joints was observed and the hardness was measured. The effects of high-frequency pulse current coupled with DC TIG on the microstructure and micro-hardness of 6 N01 aluminum alloy welded joints were investigated. The results show that the arc stability of high-frequency pulse current coupled with DC TIG is good. When the frequency is 55 kHz, the grain size of the center zone and fusion line of the welded joints is the smallest, and the increase of hardness is the largest.
