阿托西班用于反复着床失败者胚胎移植治疗的系统评价

Use of atosiban in in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer for women with repeated implantation failure: a systematic study

目的:通过Meta分析评价阿托西班用于反复着床失败者胚胎移植治疗的临床效果。方法:在中国知网、万方、维普、Pubmed、Embase、Sciencedirect、Cochrane、Medline数据库搜索相关文献,对纳入文献进行质量评价并提取数据。采用RevMan5.3软件对提取数据进行统计分析。结果:总计4篇研究被纳入系统评价,Meta分析结果表明,阿托西班预处理组患者的胚胎着床率、临床妊娠率和活产率比空白组显著更高;而两组流产率和多胎妊娠率比较,差异无统计学意义。结论:对于反复胚胎着床失败者,在体外受精-胚胎移植治疗中给予阿托西班预处理,可以改善患者的胚胎着床率、临床妊娠率和活产率。

Objective:The meta analysis was used to evaluate the clinical effects of atosiban in women with repeated implantation failure.Methods:We searched in CNKI,WANFANG,VIP,Pubmed,Embase,Sciencedirect,Medline and Cochrane database.The quality of obtained literatures was evaluated and the dates were extracted.RevMan5.3 was chosen as the statistical analysis program.Results:A total of four studies were included in the analysis.The meta analysis results showed that the embryo implantation rate,clinical pregnancy rate and live birth rate in atosiban-treated group were higher than that in the control group.While,there was no significant difference in miscarriage rate and multiple pregnancy rate between the two groups.Conclusion:These results suggest that using atosiban before embryo transfer improves pregnancy outcomes of patients with repeated embryo implantation failures.
