摘要
为解决超声磨削系统中电信号传输问题,根据电磁感应原理,设计了非接触电能传输装置。结合理论计算和实验分析,研究了磁间间隙、径向偏移对传输效率、超声加工声学系统特性的影响。实验结果表明:磁间间隙对声学系统影响较大,当磁间间隙在0.4mm以内,径向偏移在0~6mm以内超声磨削系统的性能参数都比较稳定。
To solve the electrical signal transmission in the ultrasonic grinding system, a non-contact power transmission device was designed based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. Combined with the theoretical calculation and experimental analysis, the influence of magnetic gap and radial offset on the transmission efficiency and the characteristics of acoustic processing system was studied. The experimental results show that radial offset within 0~6 mm ultrasonic grinding system performance parameters are relatively stable when the magnetic gap is between 0.4 mm.
