迷走神经刺激治疗孤独症谱系障碍的研究进展

Research progress in vagus nerve stimulation in the treatment of autism spectrum disorders

孤独症谱系障碍是一种以社会互动、交流交往障碍,异常的重复刻板行为、兴趣范围狭窄及有限和受阻的日常生活活动为临床特征的大脑广泛发育障碍性疾病。因其发病机制不明,目前尚无有效治疗方法。迷走神经刺激以自主神经功能调节为核心,开拓了外周神经-大脑网络-机体功能整体调节的新原理,已在癫痫共患孤独症谱系障碍、抑郁症以及睡眠障碍等的治疗上取得了较好的治疗作用。本文通过查阅近年来国内外相关文献,概述了经皮迷走神经刺激疗法治疗孤独症谱系障碍的现状及可行性,以期为孤独症谱系障碍儿童的治疗提供新的思路。

Autism spectrum disorder(ASD) is a widespread developmental disorder of the brain characterized by social interaction and communication disorders, abnormal repetitive stereotyped behavior, narrow range of interest, and limited and obstructed daily activities. Because of its unknown pathogenesis, there is no effective treatment. Vagus nerve stimulation, with autonomic nerve function regulation as its core, opens up a new principle of peripheral nerve-brain network-body function regulation, and has achieved good therapeutic effects in the treatment of epilepsy complicated with autism spectrum disorder, depression and sleep disorder. This article summarizes the current situation and feasibility of vagus nerve stimulation (VNS) in the treatment of autistic spectrum disorder by consulting the related literatures at home and abroad in recent years, in order to provide a new line of thinking about the treatment for autistic spectrum disorder in children.
