摘要
全球环境变化日趋严重,环境变化在很大程度上会影响植物生长发育。有机酸是植物体内重要的代谢产物,具有重要的代谢功能,因此研究不同环境条件对植物有机酸的影响及其对环境因素的内在响应机制具有一定意义。目前,有关不同环境条件下植物形态、生长发育等研究相对广泛,但关于植物体内有机酸对环境变化的响应机理有待深入探究,综述了高浓度CO2、水分胁迫、盐碱胁迫、重金属胁迫条件下植物有机酸种类、内源含量、分泌量的变化及其内在响应机制,为未来环境条件下的植物生长和作物栽培等生产实践提供理论依据,并展望有待深入的研究方向。
The global environment is changing more and more seriously, environmental changes will impact the growth and development of plants largely.Organic acids are important metabolites in plants and have important metabolic functions.Therefore, it is significant to study the effects of different environmental conditions on plant organic acids and their internal response mechanism to environmental factors.At present, the research on plant root morphology, growth and development under different environmental conditions is widespread, but the response mechanism of organic acids in plants to environmental changes needs to be further explored.In this paper, the changes of plant organic acids species, endogenous contents and secretory amounts under high concentration of CO2,water stress, salt and alkali stresses and heavy metal stress and their internal response mechanisms are reviewed, which will provides a theoretical basis for the production practice of plant growth and crop cultivation under the environmental conditions in the future, and the future research directions in this field are also discussed.
