摘要
开展工程教育认证可以提高高校的人才培养质量。本文以莆田学院土木工程专业参加IEET工程教育认证为例,提出满足工程教育认证的培养目标及毕业生必须具备的核心能力,阐述了课程规划及持续改进机制。最后以用人单位、校友及毕业生为调查对象,对人才培养的达成度进行了评价,为人才培养的改革与发展提供思路。
Engineering education accreditation is helpful to promote the higher education talent training.Taking civil engineering specialty in Putian University as an example,the paper analyzed the talent training objective based on engineering education accreditation criterion,core competencies that the graduates must have,point out the construction idea of curriculum system and the system of continuous improvement.In the last,the paper assessed the achievement of talent training,with the surveys of employer,alumni and senior students.It provides a reference for the innovation and development of talent training.
