有机酸选择性浸出磷块岩富集P2O5的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 用传统的选矿工艺,如物理分选或者浮选来富集含碳酸盐矿物的磷矿石都很困难,由于碳酸盐和磷酸盐矿物有及其相似的物理化学特性,一般沉积型钙质磷矿石用焙烧和选择性酸浸的方法对其进行富集。有机酸的选择性浸出是一种具有应用前景的富集方法,本论文的主要目的是近年来对酸浸钙质磷块岩的研究成果进行归纳总结,阅读大量的相关文献,探讨酸浸过程的主要影响因素,文献研究显示:有机酸浸出碳酸盐矿物的主要影响因素有,酸的种类、反应温度、矿物粒度、酸的浓度、反应时间等,总结出其最佳反应参数的范围。提出今后的研究重点为有机酸浸出碳酸盐磷矿石有机酸的回收及其酸解动力学的研究。在此基础上,对我国磷化工行业合理开发利用中低品位磷矿资源提出了建议。 The beneficiation of phosphate ores containing carbonate gangue by conventional techniques such as physical separation methods or flotation is very difficult due to the similarities in physic-chemical properties of constituent minerals present in the system.Carbonate phosphate can be process by calcinations and selective acid leaching methods.The selective leaching with organic acid is a promising ways.In this paper,study and summarized recent literatures about acid leaching of calcium phosphate rock.And identifying the important factors involved in the dissolution process.The literature indicates that the organic type,temperature,particle size,acid concentration and reaction time are important parameters in the process.The range and optimum values of these parameters reported in the literature are summarized.Advised future research should focus on the recovery of organic acids and its solutions dynamics research.On this basis,give some suggests of the rational development and utilization of low-grade phosphate rock resources for China's phosphorus chemical industry.
