Singapore’s Punggol Digital Zone development features and Enlightenment to the Yangtze River Delta Integrated Development Demonstration Zone

高水平建设长三角一体化发展示范区是贯彻实施长三角区域一体化发展这一国家战略的重要抓手。榜鹅地区作为新加坡近年重要的战略发展区域,在规划建设中融合了诸多新颖先进的城市理念和技术手段。本文从产城融合的规划理念、灵活多样的土地政策、智慧高效的城市运营系统、多方参与的区域开发模式等方面入手,梳理了榜鹅地区有益的开发建设运营理念和模式,拟为长三角一体化发展示范区建设提供一定的国际经验借鉴。

The high-level construction of the Yangtze River Delta integrated development demonstration zone is an important starting point for implementing the national strategy of regional integration development in the Yangtze River Delta.As an important strategic development area of Singapore in recent years,Punggol area has incorporated many inno.vative and advanced urban concepts and technical means in its planning and construction.Focusing on the planning con.cept of city-industry integration,flexible and diverse land policy,smart and efficient city operation system,regional de.velopment mode with multilateral participation,etc.,the paper reviews Punggol’s concepts and models for development,construction and operation.The purpose of this paper is to provide some international reference for the construction of the Yangtze River Delta integrated development demonstration area.
