智慧校园视野下城市电大信息化共建共享的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Information Sharing and Construction of Urban RTVU under the Vision of Smart Campus

信息化是城市电大系统建设的重要内容之一,在智慧校园建设的背景下,加快办学系统内信息化共建共享已成为城市电大向开放大学转型发展中亟待解决的问题。本文首先分析了城市电大信息化共建共享现状及问题,然后从理念、机构、队伍、整体框架、标准规范等方面阐述实现信息化共建共享的对策,最后,针对共建共享提出了一些可实施的信息化项目,以期为城市电大信息化建设工作提供一定的参考。

Informationization is one of the important contents of the construction of urban RTV University system. Under the background of the construction of smart campus, speeding up the co-construction and sharing of informationization in the schoolrunning system has become an urgent problem to be solved in the transformation of an urban RTVU to an open university. Firstly,this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of the co-construction and sharing of urban RTVU, then elaborates the countermeasures to realize the co-construction and sharing of urban RTVU informationization from the aspects of concept, organization, team, overall framework, standards and specifications. Finally, some implementable informationization projects are proposed for the co-construction and sharing of urban RTVU informatization with an attempt to provide some reference.
