老龄化背景下的社区老年教育推进策略研究 基于北仑区老年大学的案例分析

Research on the Promotion Strategy of Community Education for the Aged in the Context of Aging——A Case Study Based on Beilun University for the Aged

当前我国已经进入人口老龄化社会,并且我国人口结构的老龄化进程仍在持续加快。社区老年教育事业的实践与探索是在这一现实背景下,社区教育积极应对人口老龄化的重要举措。本文以宁波电大北仑分校老年大学为样本,分析其"两贴合的教育需求、三创新的办管体制和四驱动的实施路径"的推进策略,以期为如何在区县层级推进社区老年教育发展提供较好的例证。最后总结其发展经验,得出"政府的重视、财政经费保障和办学体系的完善,对促进社区老年教育发展至关重要"的启示。

At present, our country has entered an aging society, and the aging process of our population structure keeps accelerating. The practice and exploration of community education for the aged is an important measure to deal with the aging of population in this realistic background. This paper takes University for the aged affiliated to Beilun Branch of Ningbo Radio & TV University as a sample to analyze its promotion strategy of "two matching educational needs, three innovative management systems and four-driven implementation path". This paper provides a good example of how to promote the development of community education for the aged at the district and county levels. Finally, the author sums up the experience, and draws a conclusion that "the attention of the government, the guarantee of financial funds and the perfection of the school system are very crucial to the development of community education for the aged".
