摘要
电气化铁路某车站龙门吊在吊装货物时,经常产生电火花甚至电弧,危及作业人员与龙门吊的安全。调查发现,产生这一问题的内因是龙门吊所在股道未与车站股道电气绝缘,外因是牵引回流不畅。通过采取相应措施彻底消除了这一现象,同时举一反三提出了相应的预防措施,以防止类似问题的发生。
Electric sparks and even electric arcs often occur when gantry crane of an electrified railway station is hoisting goods, which endangers the safety of operators and the gantry crane. The investigation shows that the internal cause of this problem is that the track of the gantry crane is not insulated electrically from that of the station, and the external cause is that the traction reflux is not smooth. This phenomenon has been completely eliminated by taking corresponding measures, and corresponding preventive measures have been put forward to prevent the occurrence of similar problems.
