With the further implementation of enrollment system reform of college entrance examination, the quality of students in higher vocational colleges has changed greatly. College counselors should use We-Media flexibly, innovating student management mode;make full use of forum and salon to solve to problems in work;carry out various training to promote sustainable development of students;make counselor's work enters the dormitory in an all-round way. These measures will help students establish a correct outlook on world,life and values, and enhance their personal ability.
