基于微课的采购管理翻转课堂教学实践与研究

Teaching Practice and Research on the Flipped Class of Procurement Management Based on Micro Class

借助信息化手段推进高等院校的教育教学改革顺应时代潮流,是实现人才培养目标的要求。高职教育作为高等教育的重要构成部分,保持人才培养质量的持续提升是其使命。通过介绍微课、翻转课堂教学模式的基本概念及在教育教学过程中的优势,分析传统教学模式的缺陷,探索基于微课的采购管理翻转课堂教学模式的实施路径,并以“采购需求确定”教学任务为例,研究具体实施方案。

Promoting the education and teaching reform in colleges by means of information technology to keep pace with the times is the requirement of realizing the goal of talent training. As an important part of higher education, higher vocational education is required to improve the quality of personnel training all the time. This paper, demonstrating the basic concepts of micro-class and flipped class teaching mode and its advantages in the process of education and teaching, explores the implementation path of the flipped class of Procurement Management based on micro class, and proposes specific implementation scheme with "determination of procurement demand" taking as an example.
