摘要 为研究SiC/2009Al铝基复合材料在存在冲击缺陷下的疲劳特性,开展了SiC/2009Al材料无缺陷试样及含预制冲击缺陷试样的疲劳试验,通过对试验结果数据拟合分别得到了SiC/2009Al含冲击缺陷及无缺陷试样的疲劳性能曲线。研究结果表明,冲击缺陷对材料疲劳性能影响显著,且会使得材料疲劳寿命在5×10^4~10^7区间内明显降低。 In order to study the fatigue properties of SiC/2009Al matrix composites with impact defects,fatigue tests of SiC/2009Al flawless specimens and specimens with prefabricated impact defects were carried out.The fatigue curves of SiC/2009Al specimens with impact defects and without defect specimens were obtained by fitting the test data.The results show that the impact defects have a significant effect on the fatigue properties of materials,and the fatigue life of materials will be significantly reduced in the range of 5×104~107 cycles.
