摘要
设计了一个移动基站备用电源的检测和数据远程传输系统。在电池组工作电流和各节电池电压的测量中,通过脉冲频率调制方式对信号幅频转换替代AD转换进行隔离采集,以避免大电流开关切换对可编程器件的干扰。测量数据通过移动模块发送到远程安卓客户端并显示变化过程曲线。利用差分放大削减输入电压模拟信号幅度只保留充放电有效变化的范围,显著提高幅频转换隔离采样的电压电流精度,分别达到0.13V和60mA。
A base station backup power supply detection and data remote transmission system is designed.In the measurement of the operating current of the battery pack and the voltage of each section of the battery,AD conversion was replaced by pulse frequency modulation to convert signal from Amplitude to frequency for isolated acquisition of signal to avoid the interference of the high-current switching to the programmable device.The measurement data was sent to the remote Android client via the mobile module and the change process curve is displayed.Using the differential amplifier to reduce the input voltage analog signal amplitude only retains the range of effective changes in charge and discharge,significantly improving the voltage-current accuracy of the amplitude-frequency conversion isolation sampling,respectively reaching 0.13V and 60mA.
