摘要 现代制造业的发展,对数控技术人员从职业技能方面提出了新的要求。在高职院校的教学中,需要与时俱进,培养出具有良好职业技能的数控人才。本文从数控加工人才的职业能力要求谈起,从理论与实践相结合、项目教学法、案例教学法三个方面对教学方案进行了探讨和分析,并提出教师也需要转变自身观念,加强自身的修养,才能培养出适合社会需求的数控人才。 With the development of modern manufacturing,the numerical control technicians put forward the new requirements from the aspects of professional skills.In the teaching of higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to keep pace with The Times,develop CNC talents with good professional skills.This article starts from the numerical control processing talented person's occupation ability request,from the theory and the practice union,the project teaching method,the case teaching method three aspects has carried on the discussion and the analysis to the teaching plan,and proposed that the teacher also needs to change own idea,strengthens own tutelage,can train the numerical control talented person who suits the social demand.
