摘要
为提高临盘油田固井质量,减少水泥环在外力作用下的损害,开展了弹性水泥浆的研究,采用水泥与多组分活性矿物掺料(弹性材料、石英砂、硅粉)配级得到了弹性水泥浆体系。通过室内实验可知,弹性水泥浆具有较低的弹性模量,弹性形变好,失水较低,24h强度大于20MPa,稠化时间可以调节。在P17-X15井油层套管固井现场试用表明,该井固井一界面和二界面胶结质量均好,固井质量优,得到甲方好评。弹性水泥浆体系在P17-X15井的成功应用表明,该水泥浆体系可以进一步推广应用到临盘油田其它井的固井中。
In order to improve cementing quality of Linpan oilfield and reduce the damage of cement ring under external force,the elastic cement slurry system was studied.The elastic cement slurry system was obtained by grading cement with multi-component active mineral admixtures(elastic material,quartz sand and silica powder).The laboratory experiment showed that the elastic cement slurry has low elastic modulus,good elastic deformation,low water loss,24h strength greater than 20MPa,and the thickening time can be adjusted.The elastic cement slurry was used for casing cementing in P17-X15 well,the field application showed that the cementing quality of the first and second interfaces of the well is good,and the cementing quality was excellent,received favorable comments from owner.The successful application of elastic cement slurry in P17-X15 well showed the cement slurry system could be further applied to the cementing of other wells in the Linpan oilfield.
