摘要
本文进行了关于共胶结/共固化工艺方法影响工字型筋条与蒙皮脱粘性能关键因素的试验和数值模拟研究。得出共固化工艺比共胶结有更好的抵抗脱粘的能力、腹板与下缘条连接处的填充区损伤会对整体性能产生较大影响等结论。
The mechanical property test and numerical simulation of the interface between I shape stringer and skin are carried on in this paper both in the co-bonded and co-cured process.The results showed that co-cured process has better de-bond resistant ability comparing to co-bonded process.The noodle of stringer can introduce a significant influence on the overall mechanical property.
