Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection for Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases

心脑血管疾病是一种常见且多发的慢性疾病,近年来,随着我国人民生活水平的不断提高以及人口老龄化的日益加剧,此类疾病已经成为威胁人民健康的主要疾病之一。中药注射剂是中药现代化的重大成果,它主要是现代药剂学与传统中药相结合而演变的产物。其因功效独特、起效迅速、使用方便及价格适中等被临床医师及患者所接受,其在心脑血管疾病中的应用已经越来越广泛。本文对目前常用的治疗心脑血管疾病的中药注射剂从临床研究进展进行总结,以供临床用药参考。

Cardiocerebrovascular disease is a common and frequent chronic disease.In recent years,with the continuous improvement of people's living standards and the increasing aging of the population,such diseases have become one of the major diseases threatening people's health.Traditional Chinese medicine injection is an important achievement of the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine,which is mainly the product of the combination of modern pharmacy and traditional Chinese medicine.Because of its unique efficacy,rapid onset,convenient use and moderate price,it has been accepted by clinicians and patients,and its application in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases has become more and more widespread.This article summarizes the clinical research progress of traditional Chinese medicine injections commonly used for the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,so as to provide reference for clinical medication.
