本文首先提出中职实施现代学徒制存在的问题,并且结合实际情况,提出有针对性的实施策略,为中职学校现代学徒制校企教师互聘互用管理机制的有效落实提供参考。

This paper firstly points out the problems existing in the implementation of modern apprenticeship system in secondary vocational schools,and then puts forward targeted implementation strategies in light of the actual situation,which can provide reference for the effective implementation of the management mechanism of mutual employment between teachers in modern apprenticeship schools and enterprises in secondary vocational schools.
