大厚度奥氏体不锈钢焊缝的超声探头设计

摘要 奥氏体不锈钢在工业中应用广泛,但其在焊接过程中容易产生缺陷,这些缺陷会导致事故的发生。超声检测可以有效地检测出焊缝中的缺陷,但由于奥氏体的晶粒尺寸粗大,会导致缺陷信号被噪声掩盖。针对此问题,本文设计了一组适用于大厚度奥氏体焊缝检测的超声探头,最终提高了检测结果的可信度。 Austenitic stainless steel is widely used in industry,but it is prone to produce defects in the welding process,which will lead to accidents.Ultrasound detection can effectively detect defects in welds,but because of the large grain size of austenite,the defect signal will be covered by noise.In order to solve this problem,a set of ultrasonic probes suitable for detecting large thickness austenitic welds are designed in this paper,which ultimately improves the reliability of the test results.
