本文阐述了大秦线重载列车的运行特点,重点对TFDS动态检查发现的突出故障:车钩磨耗板窜出、丢失故障,存在的安全隐患进行了分析;从车辆运行特点、卸车方式、配件结构等方面提出优化改进建议,为车辆配件的研发提供可借鉴的思路,保障重载车辆的运输安全。

In this paper,the operation characteristics of heavy haul trains on daqin line are described,and the prominent faults found in TFDS dynamic inspection,such as the failure of the coupler wear plate,missing and the potential safety hazards are analyzed.The optimization and improvement Suggestions are put forward from the aspects of vehicle operation characteristics,unloading mode and parts structure,etc.,so as to provide reference ideas for the research and development of vehicle parts and ensure the transportation safety of heavy-duty vehicles.
