针对中职校实验技术人员的现状和影响实验课有效教学的原因,在实验技术人员管理制度、工作态度、专业技能水平和实验过程的监管等方面,阐述了实验课有效教学的探索。

In view of the current situation of experimental technicians in secondary vocational schools and the reasons affecting the effective teaching of experimental courses,this paper expounds the exploration of effective teaching of experimental courses in the aspects of management system of experimental technicians,working attitude,professional skill level and supervision of experimental process.
