Research on the Scientific Research Evaluation System of College Teachers under the Background of Big Data

本文以某高校为例,基于科研管理信息系统中产生的大量数据信息,探讨如何在大数据背景下进一步建立健全高校科研评价体系,从而为提高学校科研管理水平及教师科研水平提供一些参考。

Taking a university as an example,based on the large amount of data generated in the scientific research management information system,this paper discusses how to further establish and perfect the scientific research evaluation system in the background of big data,so as to provide some references for improving the level of scientific research management and teachers’scientific research.
