高职院校教师专业发展现状研究——以安徽省六所高职院校为例

Current Situation on Professional Development of Higher Vocational College Teachers——Taking Six Higher Vocational Colleges in Anhui Province as An Example

摘要 本研究通过对安徽省六所高职院校420名教师进行问卷调查,了解了我省高职院校教师专业发展的基本现状,并通过对调查数据的进一步统计分析,和对部分教师进行访谈,找出了影响我省高职院校教师专业发展的诸多因素。在此基础上提出了促进高职院校教师专业发展的若干策略和建议。 This study gets to know the basic situation on teachers’professional development in our province higher vocational colleges by?carrying?on?the?questionnaire?survey?to?420 teachers of six higher vocational colleges in Anhui province,then find out the influencing factors about the professional development of teachers in higher vocational college of our province through the statistical analysis of the survey data and interview with some teachers.On this basis,this study puts forward some strategies and suggestions to promote the professional development of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
