乌蒙山区精准扶贫的实施路径探析——以古蔺叙永农村为例

Analysis on the Implementation Path of Precision Poverty Alleviation in Wumeng Mountainous Area——A Case Study of Gulin Xuyong Rural Area

党的十八大以来,以习近平为核心的党中央提出了“精准扶贫”的重大战略,并提出“扶贫攻坚、造福老区”的要求。在脱贫攻坚处在关键期,如何让贫困地区脱贫后不返贫困、持续发展,需要进一步加强经验总结和理论研究,建立一条符合贫困地区实际的脱贫攻坚长效机制。本文以泸州市古蔺叙永农村为研究对象,探索乌蒙山区精准扶贫的实施路径。

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee,with Xi Jinping as its core,has put forward a major strategy of“precise poverty alleviation”and put forward the requirements of“poverty alleviation,fortification and benefit of the old areas”.In the critical period of poverty alleviation,how to make poverty alleviated areas not return to poverty and sustainable development needs to further strengthen the experience summary and theoretical research,and establish a long-term mechanism of poverty alleviation in line with the reality of poverty alleviation in poor areas.This paper takes Gulin Xuyong rural area of Luzhou as the research object,and explores the implementation path of precise poverty alleviation in Wumeng mountain area.
