随着外贸发展的不断加快,企业对所需人才的要求也在不断地变化着。高职院校作为为企业输送技能型人才的基地,要根据企业的需求适时调整人才培养方案,在国家政策的指引下,革新教育理念,走产教融合、校企合作之路,与企业共商人才培养方案,共建高素质的双师团队,共建实习实训基地,探索适应社会发展和满足企业需求的人才培养模式。

With the rapid development of foreign trade,the requirements of enterprises for talents are also changing.As the base of transferring skilled talents for enterprises,polytechnic colleges should adjust the cultivation plan timely according to the needs of enterprises.Under the guidance of national policies,they should innovate the educational concept,take the road of integration of industry and education,school-enterprise cooperation,cooperate with enterprises in talent cultivation program,build high-quality Double-teacher teams,build practice and training bases,and explore talent cultivation mode to adapt to social development and meet the needs of enterprises.
