高校图书馆智库建设方法初探

Research on Construction Method of the Think Tank in University Libraries

在中国特色新型智库的大形势下,智库不仅仅是推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要力量,也是推进高等教育的重要推力。高校图书馆是文化传播交流的中心,高校图书馆在潜移默化地参与智库服务之中,智库服务也已成为图书馆馆员的新型服务能力,本文从高校图书馆智库的基础建设、服务、人才等方面,初步探讨高校图书馆智库的建设方法,从而提升高校图书馆的整体服务水平、服务层次以及馆员服务能力。

Under the situation of new think tanks with Chinese characteristics,think tanks are not only an important force to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity,but also an important thrust to promote higher education.University libraries are the center of cultural communication and exchange.University libraries are participating in the service of think tanks imperceptibly.The service of think tanks has also become a new service ability of librarians.This paper discusses the construction methods of think tanks in university libraries from the aspects of infrastructure,service and talents,so as to improve the overall service level of University libraries,Service level and librarian service ability.
