明胶空心胶囊主要用于药物的包装,对药物质量有着直接的影响。为了保证明胶胶囊符合药典要求,需要我们进行相应的微生物限定检查。我们主要对微生物检查方法的可行性进行研究,通过实际的试验测试,对明胶空心微生物的限定检查方法的可行性进行研究。根据实际的实验操作得知,该检测方法可以用于明胶空心胶囊的微生物限定检查。

Gelatin hollow capsules are mainly used for drug packaging,which has a direct impact on the quality of drugs.In order to ensure that gelatin capsules meet the requirements of the Pharmacopoeia,we need to carry out the corresponding microbial limit test.We mainly study the feasibility of microbial examination methods.Through the actual test,we study the feasibility of the limited examination methods of gelatin hollow microorganisms.According to the actual experimental operation,the method can be used for the microbial limit test of gelatin hollow capsules.
