摘要
目的:开展临床青年女教师教学能力认知调查并提出提升对策。方法:对三所安徽省医科高等院校360名临床青年女教师进行问卷调查。结果临床青年女教师整体学历层次偏高,以硕士学历为主(53.33%);职称结构中级职称比例偏高(51.39%)。其中,70.83%认为最重要的教学能力是具备扎实的专业知识,72.22%认为教案写作是基本教学基本能力,81.94%认为不熟悉教学内容是影响教学能力的因素,66.94%最希望得到临床教学理论知识提升,73.61%认为提供有竞争力的薪酬是最有效的提升措施。结论:注重临床青年女教师思想观念更新,重视教学基本功训练,多种形式加强教学培训,加大对青年女教师队伍关心和爱护,将教学成果纳入绩效考核奖励制度,促进临床青年女教师教学能力提升。
Objective To carry out a survey on the cognitive ability of female young female teachers and propose countermeasures for improvement.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 360 clinical young female teachers in three medical colleges and universities in Anhui Province.Results The overall educational level of female young female teachers was higher than that of master's degree(53.33%);the proportion of intermediate titles in professional title structure was high(51.39%).Among them,70.83%believe that the most important teaching ability is to have solid professional knowledge,72.22%think that teaching plan writing is the basic teaching ability,81.94%think that unfamiliar teaching content is the factor that affects teaching ability,66.94%most hope to get clinical teaching theory Knowledge improvement,73.61%believe that providing competitive compensation is the most effective improvement measure.Conclusion The conclusion focuses on the update of female young teachers’ideological concepts,attaches importance to teaching basic skills training,strengthens teaching and training in various forms,increases the care and love for young female teachers,integrates teaching achievements into performance appraisal and reward system,and promotes the teaching ability of clinical young female teachers.
