本文在分析动研所信息化发展形势的背景下,以信息化统一规划为根本,运用架构思维,论述了基于Wind平台以业务协同、流程贯通、数据共享、支撑决策为原则自主构建运营管控平台的方法,总结了运营管控平台的应用效果及持续发展的思路。

Under the background of analyzing the informatization development situation of the Institute,this paper discusses the method of constructing the operation and control platform based on the wind platform based on the principles of business coordination,process integration,data sharing,and supporting decision-making,based on the unified informatization planning.This paper summarizes the application effect and the idea of continuous development of the operation control platform.
