加强文化建设在学院教育教学中的思考

当前,很多学院的文化建设存在一些问题,主要表现为:认识不充分,意识不强烈;过分注重形式,忽视内涵建设;缺乏对全面发展的规划,不能持之以恒。对学院文化建设的研究,需以教师为主体,增强教师的文化意识,加强学院的组织作用,开展多种多样的教科研活动,促进教师不断学习,适应社会发展,促进学院文化建设。

At present,there are some problems in the cultural construction of many colleges,The main manifestations are:insufficient awareness and lack of awareness;Excessive attention to form,ignoring the construction of connotation;The lack of comprehensive development planning and persistence.The research on college culture construction needs to take teachers as the main body,strengthen teachers'cultural awareness,strengthen the organizational role of the college,carry out a variety of textbook research activities,promote teachers'continuous learning,adapt to social development,and promote college culture construction.
