摘要
本文通过阅读2014年沪深两市白酒行业排名前十的上市公司年报,参考相关企业社会责任评价理论,从社会责任、环境责任、供应商、客户和消费者权益责任、员工责任、股东责任五个一级指标出发,构建了评价白酒行业企业社会责任的量化指标体系。并运用构建的评价体系分析了这10家企业的社会责任履行状况,得出了相关结论。
Through reading the annual reports of listed companies in the top 10 liquor industry in 2014,and referring to relevant corporate social responsibility evaluation theories,this paper constructs a quantitative index system to evaluate corporate social responsibility in liquor industry from five first-class indicators:social responsibility,environmental responsibility,supplier,customer and consumer rights and interests responsibility,Employees responsibility and shareholder responsibility.At the same time,the evaluation system is used to analyze the social responsibility performance of these 10 enterprises,and relevant conclusions are drawn.
