摘要
本文设计了一种用于Sigma-Delta调制器的开关电容积分器,介绍了开关电容积分器的结构及其运算放大器的电路结构,最后给出了开关电容积分器的仿真数据,以期为相关学者的研究提供参考。
In this paper,a switched capacitor integrator for Sigma-Delta modulator was designed.The structure of the switched capacitor integrator and the circuit structure of its operational amplifier were introduced.Finally,the simulation data of the switched capacitor integrator were given in order to provide reference for relevant scholars.
