摘要
SiGe合金作为一种传统的高温区热电材料,具有热稳定性高、熔点高、抗氧化能力强等优点。本文重点论述了硅锗热电材料的研究进展、技术难题及解决方案,并对未来发展进行了展望,以期为相关学者的研究提供参考。
As a traditional thermoelectric material in high temperature zone,SiGe alloy has the advantages of high thermal stability,high melting point and strong oxidation resistance.This paper focused on the research progress, technical problems and solutions of silicon germanium thermoelectric materials and prospected the future development.The author hope this study can provide reference for relevant scholars.
