Brief Analysis on Soil Monitoring Network and Capacity Building in Jiangsu Province During the 13th Five-year Plan

论述了江苏省土壤环境监测网络、监测能力的现状和存在的问题,并从监测网络布设、技术体系建立、能力水平提升等方面提出了建议,为“十三五”江苏省土壤监测网络与能力建设发展提供参考。

This paper mainly discusses upon the current situation and the existed problems of the soil environmental monitoring network and the monitoring capacity in Jiangsu province, puts forward suggestions from the aspects of the monitoring network layout, the establishment of the technical system, and advance of the capacity level. So that the paper provides the references for the development of soil monitoring network and capacity building in jiangsu province during the 13th five-year plan.
